Luana Inn Policies

We are dedicated to provide a safe environment and a pleasant stay to each one of you. Our policies are designed to offer the best personal experience to everyone. Please review these policies and make sure you can respect them.

Check-in: In person check-in between 3:00PM - 6:00PM. Please notify us in advance of your late arrival and we will provide information for self-check in.

Check-out: By 11 AM

Minimum stay: A two-night minimum stay is required. Discounted rates are available for 7 nights or more.

Rates: All rates are based on double occupancy

Our rooms and suites accommodate 2 adults. Our Alihi Lani suite can accommodate 2 extra guests with a $60 (plus taxes) per guest per night additional charge.

Children: our inn is more suitable for children aged 14 and older. Please call us regarding younger children. For younger children the use of the pool may be restricted to certain hours and requires surveillance from an adult. Note that our family suite is best designed to accommodate children.

Visitors: visitors from the community are welcomed in limited numbers. Please let us know if you intend to bring someone from outside to a common area.

Deposits and payment: A one-night non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation: Reservations cancelled 61 days prior to arrival: deposit is non-refundable

Reservations cancelled 60 days or less prior to arrival: full amount of reservation is due.

Filtered water: all sinks showers and toilets are equipped with filtered water. We advise you to bring a water bottle and use our filtered water from the tab for your personal use outside of our grounds.

Swimming pool / hot tub / gazebo / swimming pool lanai

Our spa area is the heart of Luana inn. It is conceived for relaxation and quiet enjoyment of the sweeping views of the ocean and the magnificent sunsets. You may savor your dinner or a drink at the tables or simply relax on the lounge chair or sit under the gazebo or soak in the tub. We will serve you breakfast by the pool in the morning upon request or we also have a cheese and cracker wine option for appetizer. Please reserve in advance for a massage or more….

Please do not wear oils or body creams in the hot tub and replace the cover when you are done.

Non-chlorinated pool: Our pool is safe to swim in. It is sanitized by a system generating hydrogen peroxide named clear comfort. As such it is sensitive to pollutants and harder to maintain. Please do not wear oils, sunscreens or any unnatural products into the pool. Please remove all these prior to entering the pool by taking a hot/cold shower on the pool deck.

Parking: We offer free parking close to your suite. Special directions to your designated parking area will be sent to you when you reserve. It is important that you park at your allocated spot for the duration of your stay.

Smoke-free Environment: Luana inn is happy to provide fresh and pure air for all. All spaces including guest rooms, outside private or common lanais or walking paths or all grounds are smoke-free. Smoking Substance may include tobacco, marijuana, or e-cigarette.
